Mô tả công việc :

JOB PURPOSE
- To provide excellent assistance to Head of Academic Support, Academic Operations Supervisor, Partner institutions, Faculty staff and students
- To contribute to the achievement of the Academic quality teaching: preparation for timetable, course outline admin…
- To manage all courses (admin): from the first day until the course finishes
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with Course Manager to prepare Teaching Timetable, Academic Calendar
- Prepare all materials handout to teachers before course starts
- Work with partner-institutions for exams preparation, assessment board, and award board. Prepare for visits
- Deal with student profiles and provide services to students/parents
- Manage classes running as timetabled (admin side)
- Prepare for Parent meeting: slides, student profiles, logistics…
- Finance: prepare monthly timesheet for Faculty, payment plan, stationary…
- Work with Head of Registry and Student Services and Course Manager to prepare reports to Ministry of Education and Training (MoET).

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Vietnamese national
• Holder of Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Foreigner Languages
• At least one year experience in the same position in a university or similar institutions environment is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
• Excellent computer skills – MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Database)
