Mô tả công việc :

*Key responsibilities:
Provide one stop service in daily transactions and be the transaction single contact window for VIP customers.
*Daily transaction handling.
- Handling incoming phone call, faxes and mails from VIP customer
- Call back for transaction confirmation
- End to End transactions tracing and follow up
- Cross teams, departments, branches communication for transactions
- Inform customer and RM for problem transactions
- Provide possible solution to customer for problem transactions
- Issue deferral form and get relevant supervisor’s approval
- Provide customer loan interest rate, deposit rate and exchange rate based on Marketing’s instruction
- Execute exchange rate booking in system
- Help customer to apply special transaction term
*Service
- To customer
• Answer or replies enquiry related transactions
• Guide customer to apply the transaction and service
• Resend statement and transaction advice as requested
• Notify and trace transaction deferral (CA, OP)
• Notify and trace each kind of transaction expiry date
* To Marketing
• Answers or replies enquiry related transactions
• Report suspicious transactions/ abnormal transaction
*Others
- Maintain service log
- Performs other duties as may be assigned by Department Head, Team Head from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor Degree
- At least one-year operation or ARM experience in commercial banking
- Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (Mandarin is preferred)
- Good command of various computer programs and applications Computer skill in MS Office
- High spirit of team work
- Ability to work under high pressure
