Mô tả công việc :
➢ Maintain a specialist understanding of products, sale, services, policies, processes, tools, resources to identify and address customer needs to provide accurate, valid and complete information for customer with high level of professionalism & satisfaction for customer and efficient interaction with internal team.
➢ Prepare & Build Customer Support Process/ Communication procedures/ Guidelines and Policies for the department and train other members.
➢ Manage large amounts of incoming calls, familiar with multiple communication channels: email, support tickets, live chat and virtual calls
➢ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
➢ Self-research & handle customer complaints, escalation process within the time limits & efficiently.
Yêu cầu công việc :
Required
➢ At least 3 year experience in in customer support for ecommerce or related field.
➢ At least 1 year experience in team leader position.
➢ Good English in 4 skills (may work directly with foreign customer).
➢ Good leadership and interpersonal skill. Excellence time management and task management skill as may have to deal with many requests at time
➢ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage team member effectively
➢ Excellence reporting skills with customer focus in mind
➢ You must be able to read and write in English to communicate with others.
➢ Ability to remain professional and courteous with different type of customers at all times
Preferred
➢ Experience in Zen desk or other customer support tool.
➢ Experience in customer support for Stock trading/Digital currency trading website
➢ Well-organize for independence working environment in remote condition to communicate efficient with the customer to follow-up and closing ticket & service; interact productively within organization for daily task and problem solving.
➢ Middle ~ High level of English communication.
