Mô tả công việc :

* Enterprise Architect & Strategy
• The role of the Enterprise Architect is to participate as team member in the design, deployment, update and communication for new systems &/ upgrades within the organization
• Engagement with business users to provide groundwork required for the solution design.
• Understands user requirements and be able to suggest how they can be addressed by enterprise architecture solutions.
• Understands the needs of business units and assists in the development of technology roadmaps
• Documentation of processes and detail key interdependencies &/ interactions between elements influencing (or acting upon) the proposed system
• Provides technical assistance to colleagues with appropriate consultation with team member as required.
• Be aware of various design standards, methods and tools and ensure they are applied and complied to where applicable.
• Able to position MBAL in the market with comparison from other local life insurers
• With defined timeline for business review and approval, for supporting the business strategy and help drive businesses priorities
• With defined schedule to review and re-prioritize items in the roadmap within the 5 years period
* Project Management
• Manage projects’ deliverables, schedule and issues, in order to provide suggestions & prioritization
• Provide prioritized suggestions based on professional knowledge & experience, in order to communicate & negotiate with business area/domain owners to achieve win-win situation
• Provide in-detail technical/functional/business assistance in order to resolve specific issues/risks
• Overlook the whole system implementation for business from beginning to the end to ensure the successful rollout

Yêu cầu công việc :

* Required competency (For position not for person holding the job)
• Portray positive values (including teamwork, integrity, growth, efficiency/excellence and relationship building) to the organization and able to influence others to apply the positive values in the Department and throughout the organization.
• Understand business requirements and flows and be able to identify and/or suggest technical solution to address the functional requirements.
• Control and management project solution & project implementation in term of cost, quality and timeline
* Education and related experience ((For position not for person holding the job)
- University or Post University
- Experience : more than 10 years
*Other requirements
-• Experience in system design & implementation with at least 5- 10 years.
• Knowledge in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Project Management Professional, EA/TOGAF
• Well versed in using MS Office, MS Project and MS PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Insurance or Finance industry is an added advantage.
