Mô tả công việc :

Examine the financial status and provide advice to streamline the reporting process of Saigon Cube and its subsidiaries.
Establish and enforce financial and accounting policies and procedures for all Saigon Cube brands.
Evaluate and analyze business activity data and propose action plan to optimize revenue and costs. Propose and monitor KPIs for each team.
Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for management planning decisions.
Coordinate and work with other departments to resolve finance/accounting - related issues to make smoothly day to day operation.
Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Perform other financial management duties assigned with Saigon Cube Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Finance/ accounting degree or a professional accounting qualification and 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Preferably finance analysis, budgeting and forecasting experience
Proactive and adaptable to a fast-growing environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interest in working in a start-up environment; passion for design, arts & crafts a BIG plus.
