-Checking the leasing contract.
-Support Supervisor for signing Good Delivery Note
-Issue VAT invoice to clients when was confirmed.
-Input the VAT invoices when was issued into Misa software.
-Summary receivable form clients and also check payment schedule
-Follow up the payment schedules and update the status of outstanding issues to the Management if any.
-Allocate the invoices into Misa software when receiving the payment
-Prepare revenue for leasing projects
-Issue invoice for Design team at the month end closing.
-Other duties are assigned by Chief Accountant.
GA Job Description
- Preparation of Financial Statements, PIT and CIT, VAT declaration and other reporting requirements by the state.
- Update the regulation relating to tax and accounting
- Supporting Chief Accountant to deal with tax authority as well as other related government offices for tax reports and financial statements.
- Propose management and Financial Policies to prevent risk in finance and accounting and improve for efficiency and sufficiency in Company’s Operation.
- Perform general closing of books on a monthly basis in the accounting software including printing of general vouchers and Financial Statements
- Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, accruals and prepaid expenses, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare billing to customers and issuance of red invoice in a timely basis
- Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work

Yêu cầu công việc :

Job Requirement Job Requirements:
-B.A Degree in Accounting
-At least 02 years working experience in AR, GA with Construction filed is advantage
-Able to use Windows, Excel, Accounting software.
-Able to work under high pressure
-Able to work as a team
-Able to start working immediately
