Mô tả công việc :

- The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our company, set the budget and strategy and manage the day-to-day operations of the project teams

- Establish the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development

- Acts as a good steward of Company resources and ensures control of the budget

- Directs the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth

- Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation

- Close cooperation with Sales Department and Boards of Directors

Yêu cầu công việc :

- At least 5 years experiences in management level

- Ability to think and act strategically and proactively

- Excellent communication in English

- Ability to actively communicate, inspire and motivate all levels of staff

- BIM (Building Information Management) experience is a plus
