Mô tả công việc :
1. Develop business strategies ( AOP ), assess current opportunities and identify future opportunities, support the implementation of the overall goals of the company
2. Develop business plans and strategic combination of the following factors:
• Deploy business activities in accordance with Company’s policy including the achievement of AOP sell-in , sell-out , KPIs, headcount plan, Opex, Capex, TnE…
• Develop accurately policies and parameters related to business development, the important investment matters and brand development.
• Implement development Company’s Brand via key targets initiated by the Marketing Department.
• Implement Customer-oriented programs building brand at every sale outlets and enhancing customer loyalty.
• Creating competitive advantage in the market by build the specific plan for the sales development and channel.
• Recruiting and selecting team member to ensure own team are always able to meet the sales targets both now and future.
• Keep vital role in the development of management and driven functions, innovative ways of working and raising the efficiency of customer service.
• Other duties as requested by the National Sales Director.
Yêu cầu công việc :
- BA, prefer BA in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Marketing or related field
- 10 years experience in the management level in FMCG
- Independently make the decision.
- Handle complex situations in business.
- Lead team leaders and develop people.
- Customer focus; judgment and seize business opportunities.
- Adapting quickly to changing norms and establish best practices through others.
Flexibility & strategic thinking.
- Honesty - ability to maintain commitment to honesty spirit and social behaviors related to ethics and company values.
- Integrity - following the rules and compliance in business ethics and basic moral principles.
- Communication in English
- Excellent computer skills
- Willing to travel frequently
