We are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented sales professional to join our Sales Team. The Sales Advisor will develop, guide and maintain strong business relationships with local end-consumers. This position will represent RollingCE in a professional manner while boosting sales growth and profitability of the region.
- Manage revenue and growth targets, profitability and building partnership, company image and market development.
- Work collaboratively in the planning, development evaluation and implementation of strategic initiatives for the Export business.
- Execute account strategies, goals and business plans in accordance with overall Annual Business Plans.
- Conduct regular meetings with local buyers focused on customer satisfaction and potential sales.
- Maximize selling opportunities within the markets.
- Ensure consistency with all marketing and sales activities as well as consistency with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Prepare for marketing activity reports and present to executive management.
- Perform other duties as required by business needs.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelors degree from four-year college or university
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, negotiating, and people management skills.
- Experienced in sales data collection and analysis and previous retail experience
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint..
- Recent experience and knowledge in trading or machine tool environments preferred
