The Graphic Designer will produce the design solutions to Residential Sales. Graphic design solutions are required for a huge variety of products and activities including but not limited to websites, advertising, magazines, brochures, fliers, sales kit, exhibitions and displays and corporate communications
Working to a brief agreed with the Department Heads and Marketing Manager, the Graphic Designer will develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the Residential Sales objectives.
The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
DUTIES
• Participate the meeting with Marketing Manager and Director of Residential Sales to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job;
• Interpret the Department needs and developing a concept to suit its purpose;
• Estimate the time consumption to complete the work and providing quotes for approval;
• Develop the design briefs by gathering information and data;
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
• Use the innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time;
• Present the final ideas and concepts to the Marketing manager and Director of Residential Sales;
• Work with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD);
• Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work;
• Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief;
• Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches;
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media.
• Work as part of a team with printers, photographers etc.
• Work closely with and under the guidance of the Marketing Manager for all ad campaigns

Yêu cầu công việc :

• At least 2 years working experience in the same position or demonstrate proven experience in related field
• Background: University Degree or other relevant qualifications are preferred
• Good command of English and Excellent Computer Skills
• High proficiency in graphic design software
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative thinking, script writing, creative writing and storytelling skills
