Mô tả công việc :

Assistance for Director to manage the accounting system and operations of Accounting Dept activities:
• Overall management of accounting manpower and apply proper checking, authorizing and recording for all accounting transactions.
• Manage and organize the accounting department with proper payments and receipts processes.
• Design, maintain and develop the company’s accounting procedures & processes.
• Prepare, review the financial statements and other monthly reports such as: material report, tax report, costing report, inventory report.
• Review monthly, quarterly Indirect Cost analysis, sales analysis, departmental indirect expense report.
• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting yearly.
• Review of monthly tax reports and annual tax finalization reports.
• Liaise with external auditor, tax consultant for annual audit arrangements.
• Assist other members, directly involve in working with local tax authority.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Bachelor in Account/Finance or Business Administration
• Knowledge of local Vietnamese laws regarding accounting, finance and taxation
• Minimum 3-5 years professional experience at similar position
• Good at English language skills
• Experience working for an international company is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Experience in performing general Finance/Accounting/Cash activities, in retail or manufacturing is a must.
