Head of Product - VPDirect
Lead product strategy, definition and delivery ensuring, at all times, product sustainability (economics, innovation, ‘fulfilling a need’, etc.). Supervise creation of viable revenue and profitability models. Manage specifications and ensure successful delivery through own team and other VPDirect peers.
1. Supervise, guide and monitor reporting managers to achieve their KRAs across all aspects in Product Management including:
§ Superior ideation and definition of product features and functionalities and management of the implementation processes
§ Monitoring Products key revenue and cost metrics
§ Ensuring the delivery of new products or services are of appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the agreed plan
§ Products implemented go through rigorous testing and certification across all known and potential use cases.
§ Making sure elements of the products are innovative, universal yet trustworthy
§ Ensuring user experience is top class. Implement independent assessment processes.
2. Key metrics across all KRAs at regular intervals to Division Head
3. To lead in the building of collaborations including commercial agreements

Yêu cầu công việc :

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
§ Good knowledge and hands on experience in Product Management, preferably in multiple business domains, especially relating to consumers.
§ Understanding and passion to use digital technologies to deliver great solutions (through disruption of ‘old school’ if required)
§ Good understanding and management of key business metrics & financials for the Products
ABILITIES/ATTRIBUTES
§ Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal)
§ Multi-lingual (Vietnamese & English)
§ Willingness to travel
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
15+ years in similar roles (as team member / lead) preferably across multiple consumer service industries of which 3 – 4 years as Head of products management for a large, preferably multi-national, entity. Must have keen interest & focus in identifying market opportunities in general consumer experiences and using digital technology to ‘solve the problem’.
