Due to expend and develop the business’s strategy, Indovina Bank has demand to seek potential candidates for the position of Head of Transaction Office – Phu My Hung T.O with detail information as below:
* Place of Work: 102 Nguyen Luong Bang Street, Tan Phu Ward, Dist.7, HCMC, Vietnam
* Tasks:
- Monitor and ensure the quality and effectiveness of sales as well as customer services at the Transaction Office;
- Approve and sign the loan credits, the financial expenditures within scope of authorization of Transaction Office;
- Coordinate with Branch Manager and BMD on product promotions and training activities, customer service activities.
- Coordinate with BMD and related departments to ensure the effective operation and quality of customer services, ensure compliance with IVB regulation and guidelines.
- Create and maintain relationships with potential customers in the area, build relationship with the community.
- Manage employee performance according to IVB’s policy and plan for training, career development for employees.
- Evaluate employee working reports and process.
Yêu cầu công việc :
* Job requirements:
- Male/ Female with Bachelor degree of in finance, banking, business management or related fields.
- Good knowledge of banking products and services, macro-economics, finance-banking and regulations of SBV and the law relating to banking industry.
- Expertise in credit analysis and credit appraisal
- Good at analytical and sales skills, communication, negotiation skills, management skills
- Experience: at least 05 year-working - experiences in banking industry and 02 year-experience as head of transaction office or sales team leader.
- English: TOEIC 600 or equivalent
