Mô tả công việc :

• Payroll tasks: checking staff’s hours, making the monthly payments on time and correctly, setting up new members of staff, calculating overtime, issuing tax forms, Managing special situations like sickness pay
• Recruitment and retention: managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
• Employee relations, including managing absence, disciplinaries, grievances and sickness
• Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
• Reward advice and supporting employees on company benefits
• Policy and procedures implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes
• Taking care of Administrator duty.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Male/Female – age 28 years old up.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
• 03 years of HR experience ( C& B) and deeply knowledge of labor law
• Excellent in English communication.
• Able to work under high pressure.
