We are currently looking for HR and Communication Manager who wants to become key person representing HR part of the company in Vietnam. We offer full scope of HR activities like responsibility for recruitment process, HR marketing, events organization and involvement in all other important HR agenda.
Your responsibilities:
Recruitment
• Be responsible for IT recruitment in Vietnam
• Manage the whole recruitment and selection process – direct searching through different channels, conducting interviews, processing and motivating candidates, offers, onboarding etc.
• Active search for IT professionals, finding new ways of reaching candidates
• Candidates database management
HR Marketing and Social Media
• Cooperation on setting up company’s HR marketing strategy for Vietnam
• Execution of the HR marketing campaigns, social media maintenance and content management
• Active communication inside/outside the company
HR Agenda
• Support of HR processes, performance management, training and development
• Organization of company and team events
• Support good team spirit and pleasant working environment
• Engage employees and motivate them

Yêu cầu công việc :

We expect from you:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with IT recruitment and HR marketing
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar HR role and experience within technology company
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Smooth communication in English
• Pro-active and creative attitude
• Independence and reliability
• Love what you do
