Your role is responsible for assist of a comprehensive and professional HR service for Hanoi Branch, dealing with both internal & external work. Duties include but not limited to those listed below
HR COMPLIANCE & MAINTENANCE
• To carry out the required procedures in dealing with the Company’s HR matters to ensure they are in full compliance with the rules and regulations of the Vietnamese labor agencies/authorities.
• To maintain good working relationships with the local labor agencies/authorities.
• To maintain the HR Administrative, i.e. Employee employment documents, benefit letters, resignation documents, etc.
• To maintain and update the Company’s HR policies and procedures.
• To supervise the maintenance of the Employee database system, Employee profiles to ensure that all data is updated accurately and on timely basis.
• To oversee proper and timely reporting systems/procedures with the Social and Health Insurance, Labor and Immigration Department for all the Company’s Employees.
• To maintain and regularly update a database of the Government’s rules and regulations with regard to HR and Labor issues and advise the Management promptly on respective changes/amendments of those rules and regulations.
• To ensure the required working permits (Work Visa, Resident Permit, Work Permit) are obtain in regards to foreign staff’s employment.
• To coordinate and organize the staff performance appraisal program.
• Provide counsel and assistance to employees at all levels in accordance with the companys policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation.
RECRUITMENT
• To develop and maintain an up-to-date and resourceful database of job applicants to support the operational needs of the current operating units and new projects.
• To ensure timely recruitment of staff to meet business needs, both for current operating units and new projects.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT
• To monitor Employees monthly attendance record sheets and payroll arrangement.
• To provide the Management with insightful feedback on current market remuneration and actively participate in the review and development of the Employee remuneration and benefit package of the Company.
• To handle other Employee welfare matters including Employee functions/events/outings, Employee accommodation, etc.
• To supervise the administration of Employees Contract of Service / probation / confirmation / contract renewal / promotion / disciplinary.
EMPLOYEE TRAINING
• To coordinate with the relevant parties and oversee the implementation of the approved training program (attendance, program schedule, costing,…) to ensure training program efficiency and effectiveness and training outputs are achieved.
OTHERS
• To conduct induction and orientation programs for new Employees, by providing him/her information such as Company’s background, activities, type of services, policies, dress code, working hours, etc.
• To handle other duties as assigned by HR Director
Yêu cầu công việc :
- University Degree
- Good command in English
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in C&B field
- Good knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam.
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel.
- Working knowledge of HR system, payroll module is preferred.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Good organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
- Working knowledge of payroll best practices.
- The earliest joining candidate is preferred
