Mô tả công việc :

* Working with shipper/HQ to confirm PO & FE
* Setting up working process to control customs broker & trucking vendor
* Checking HS code & cargo policy complying to Vietnamese law
* Contacting state quality inspection center to make quality inspection and getting the quality certificate ( SMQ, QUACERT, VFA )
* Contact related other authorites ( Port, Insurance company, market managing authority ) to ensure the cargo can be sold smoothly
* Manage & control forwarder to ensure the cargo to be delivered to the warehouse on time
* Updating import & export policy related to the current cargo
* Emergency tasks dealing will be assigned

Yêu cầu công việc :

* Bachelors Degree in Export-Import Management, International Business, Finance or any other related field
* At best, 3-5 practical experience in a similar position (cosmetic industry is priority)
* Well-developed communicational skills
* Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxations
* Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes
* Prefer male
