Mô tả công việc :

- Knowledge of Office products and Microsoft operating systems (Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 10, etc.)
- Knowledge of Antivirus products Symantec and Kaspersky
- Knowledge of Backup products Veeam
- Knowledge of Skype products, TeamViewer and other video/audio/file link/Transfer software
- Knowledge mail Systems Microsoft Exchange/Microsoft Outlook/Microsoft Office 365
- Basic knowledge of networking equipment (Switch/Firewall/Access Point Wi-Fi)
-Basic knowledge of VMware products and Virtual server infrastructure management on multiple VMware Host nodes
-Relations management with ICT suppliers
-Daily user Helpdesk management-daily monitoring management of ICT infrastructure
-Basic knowledge regarding to repair PC, wifi.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Good knowledge of English
- preferable in HY province
