Mô tả công việc :

1. JOB SUMMARY:
IT – SAP Business Analyst 3 will be responsible for the support of the SAP end-users in the finance, controlling, planning, purchasing, and factory operations department.
2. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
3.1 Core responsibilities:
 Provide day to day support to the SAP end-users in the finance, controlling, planning, purchasing, and factory operations department.
 Work with the finance, controlling, operations/logistics group to documents business and technical requirements.
 Configure SAP to meet business requirements.
 Write technical program specifications as needed for reports, printed forms, and SAP enhancements, working with SAP and web-application developers.
 Serve as the local project coordinator for global SAP projects.
 Serve as the local project coordinator for local SAP projects.
 Write and execute test plans.
 Write end-user documentation.
 Assist in training end-users.
3.2 Others
 Perform special projects or assignments as required.

Yêu cầu công việc :

 Bachelor degree in Computer or business/factory operations.
 Good command in English (advanced verbal/written knowledge).
 1- 2 years experience as a business analyst customizing the SAP Finance, Controlling, Production Planning and/or Materials Management module, including Warehouse Management.
 1-2 years experience providing support to end-users running SAP, in a factory environment.
 Some experience as finance analyst or cost analyst, a purchasing agent, stockroom worker, or production planner, and developing and/or programming ABAP code is preferable.
