Mô tả công việc :

1. During construction / Installation the Plant
- Project supervision/ learning for mechanical works-installation, testing and commissioning of equipment and piping of the Plant.
- Coordination with all customer, suppliers, consultant, contractors and sub-contractors in relation with the project implementation and after maintenance requirement. Prepare a list of all suppliers and manufactures of all machinery in the plant.
- Prepare design, specifications, CAD drawing and cost estimate as needed.
- While learning in the project at the same time you will prepare for ASU maintenance of all equipment already commissioned as mechanical maintenance engineer.
- Read Instruction Operation and Maintenance documents of each machine in the plant and prepare procedures/planning for their maintenance.
- Prepare list of Spare parts of all machinery in the plant. Including capital parts.
2. During commissioning and operation of the Plant
- Make plants to maintain all the machines and equipment of the plant in the assigned job
- Make plans to training new staffs, training technical specialty for the junior staffs in periodic
- Make the files to manage all the machines and equipment of the plant in the job assignment
- According to the production plans of the plant, divide and guide the jobs for all the junior staffs due their tasks, function
- Guide and solve the incidents that related to the machines and equipment in the production action of the Plant.
- Prepare documents to control the pressure equipment inspections according to the regulations.
- Support other departments in the plant
- Make and report the periodical/ unperiodical reports or sudden report to the direct manager and/or the related departments.
- Other tasks assigned by the direct manager

Yêu cầu công việc :

Education:
- University graduate. Major in mechanical
- Sufficient English communication skills
Experiences:
- At least 3 years in the similar job
- Other work-related education is of advantage
Knowledge:
- Have good knowledge about the mechanical, equipment in the air separation plant: Compressors, pumps, cooling tower fans, etc…
- Have good knowledge about the career and product of the company
- Can use fluently Microsoft office, CAD & Office tools
- Can use the documents and drawing in English
