Mô tả công việc :

Project Engineer assist to project manager to manages/coordinates and monitors the implementation of expansion project & upgrading plant projects for the engineering, procurement and construction. Ensure the projects are implemented in a cost and time effective manner and ensure it is fully in compliance with regulatory, company expectations.
General
• Develop project execution plans, schedules and constructability plans for projects.
• Prepare necessary procedures to manage project
• Prepare bidding documents & technical evaluation for project packages
• Works with contracts executive in the evaluation of quotations and recommendations for contract awards.
• Coordinate with operation team to ensure all requirements & input must put in account & find change to improve each new design.
• To have ability to review & challenge design consultant or relevant consultants to ensure can get the most optimal design.
• Assist to Coordinates with other disciplines and stakeholders for their input and approval.
• Coordinate operation team & project participant (project team, consultants, and contractors) to ensure project do smoothly less impact to normal operation.
• Assist to supervise to implement the projects in terms of HSSE, quality, cost and schedule
• Assist to Co-ordinate & work with the authorities for permit applications , licensing requirements and documentation submissions. Ensure the projects are implemented in compliance with the mandatory governmental requirements.
Other
• Collect information, prepare and present project reports on a regular basis. And the report ensures clear & enough require information.
• Coordinate regular meetings with related and key stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, etc.) and maintain minutes and issue official correspondences as required;
• Manage & control all documents for projects
• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with different departments with the Clients and within the Company

Yêu cầu công việc :

Qualifications:
1. Educational background:
• University degree in Civil engineering
• Preferably to have Supervision License
2. Work experience:
• Minimum 3 years engineering experience preferably in manufacturing plant in project management
• Sound knowledge and understanding of design and construction practices at a manufacturing plant
• Familiarity with operations / maintenance practices of a manufacturing facilities
Competencies Required:
• Strong experience in Technical and Project Management at a manufacturing plant
• Familiar with relevant Vietnamese and International Codes, Standards, regulatory requirements in oil & gas industrial and Practices in project implementations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
• Good responsibility, calmness and quick decision-making ability
• Competent computer skills and knowledge of Project Scheduling like Microsoft Project or equivalent
• Understanding & experience to build green factory (LEED certification) is preferred
• Exceptional work ethics, with strong values and principles. Understand and adapts easily to Company Culture and standards
• Preferable to have experience in working with people of different cultures and backgrounds
• Problem solving and decision making skills
