Mô tả công việc :

• Act as point of contact for company legal affair internally & externally
• Giving advise/comment to any of company legal related issues
• Building the relationship with related authority & work closely with local legal consultant.
• Responsible on company all required business licenses registration, amendment, renewal, etc. i.e. investment certificate, Multi Level Marketing (MLM) license.
• Auditing all involved department related to compliance with local law/regulation from time to time to ensure we do comply in all matters to prevent company risks.
• Work with regional legal team in all new/amended company policy for distributor/employee as well as with 3rd party.
• Oversee the review of marketing and/or promotional materials produced by various local departments and corporate divisions. This will require knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, etc.
• Other tasks assigned by Legal & Corporate Affairs Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Male is preferable
• Hold a Bachelor of University of Law
• Have at least 2-3 years working experiences for either local or foreign law firm and have experience in dealing directly with the authorities, such as VCCPA, DOITs, MOH, DOHs, etc.
• Fluently in English (especially in writing and translating)
• Excellent computer and administration skills
• Good sense of responsibility and teamwork
• Honest, proactive
• Good presentation, consulting and solving problem skills
• Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information.
• Expertise in dealing with the authorities and deep knowledge about legal issues in MLM
