Mô tả công việc :

Repair & maintenance all mechanical system on S.R and areas of building as below:
+ Checking and repairing LPG station, AHU, FCU, etc.
+ Repairing and maintenancing for Pipe, Pump, Cooling Tower, etc.
+ Being in charge with other staffs to check Boiler, Chiller, Steam piping, hot water heater, firefighting, swimming pool & sauna, RO system, etc.
+ Supporting to Service Residence shift if any about getting order from guests and repair or maintenance system in residence such as: cleaning coil, changing sensor of air-conditioner, checking smell, fixing cooker damper, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Gender: Male
- Have minimum 2 years of experience about repairing and maintenancing for mechanical system in the building as Chiller, Boiler, firefighting, piping system.
- Enthusiastic, thorough with this job and willing to work overtime and on holiday in case necessary.
- Degree: Mechanical certificate, technical college degree or upper.
- Working in Hotel/ Service residence/ building, welding skill, English/ Korean is preferred.
