Mô tả công việc :

• Develop product portfolio with clear positioning strategy to win in competitive market environment
• Build brand through compelling marketing platform and effective marketing execution.
• Drive content/editorial calendar to attract qualified audiences to digital properties, including websites, social media...
• Lead product development and innovation agenda.
• Grow sales via promotional activities and new consumers recruitment
• Manage marketing department, including brand team, communication team, design team and customer services team.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Experienced marketer of more than 10 years with successful track records in FMCG, preferably food & beverages.
• Minimum 2 years experiences with formulated powder milk products.
• Good commercial & business sense
• Can do attitude with high sense of responsibility
• Good in planning and multitasking
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
