Mô tả công việc :

- Developing & executing sales campaigns
- Support and training staff to ensure target and compliance of the department
- Execute campaigns from Head of Department
- Coaching and monitoring P&W Network team to achieve good KPI achievement
- Updating and monitoring sales result, feedback from other departments and partners to push Network Development team to meet the targets
- Assisting Head of department in supporting NetWork Team from recruiting, training to consulting for difficult situation or resolve problem
- Recording customer data and productivity metrics (e.g, products & services sold per day) for productivity analysis and reporting purpose
- Ensuring Network team business operation in compliance with internal & external policies, regulations & Standards
- Seeking and servicing the lead generation partners located in his region
- Managing and updating continuously call scripts/procedures
- Building good relationship with other departments in the company
- Undertaking other tasks assigned by Head

Yêu cầu công việc :

*Background
- University Graduate, major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant areas
- At least 04 years’ experience working in FMCG or Consumer Finance management position, preferably working in banking or financial institution
- Experience in regional sales
- Deep understanding of bank’s products
*Skills:
- Strong oral & verbal communication skill
- Leadership & negotiation skills
- Time management skill
- Fluency in Vietnamese & English
