Mô tả công việc :

Duties and Responsibilities included but are not limited to:
• Actively troubleshoot technical problems by taking full ownership until an issue is resolved. Communicate technical solutions to peers, managers, and across the organization as needed.
• Assist in maintaining day-to-day optimal performance of systems, including disk storage utilization, network directory management and processor utilization.
• Assist in maintaining records of hardware and software list.
• Assist in maintaining user configurations, passwords and access privileges.
• Regularly review backup and contingency procedures and test for reliability
• Assist in maintaining inventories of all equipment and software and establish standard configuration and operating procedures.
• Directly support customers off-site as needed.
• Cross train with other members of the IT section/IT sub-contractors.
• Develop proactive solutions and document instructions and procedures to reduce routine calls to the Help Desk.
• Participate in special projects for improving the effectiveness and goodwill of the IT Section.
• Provide input on current and future technology and outside support services
• Work with IT Management to plan and implement IT strategy/ IT Policy
• Maintain an effective local emergency and disaster recovery procedures.

ADDITIONAL WORK REQUIREMENTS
There may be the need for occasional overnight travel and additional hours worked on weekend and/or evenings as required
