 Building up and developing the system of training materials
 Collecting the training demand from other departments
 Cooperating with Universities for recruiting the talented students
 Monitoring and connecting the team of management trainees
 Other tasks based on supervisor’s request

Yêu cầu công việc :

 University graduation majors in Foreign Language, Economics, HR management,....
 No experience required
 Fluent in English: 4 skills
 Problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal skills
 Smart, honest and creative
