Mô tả công việc :

+The Operations Director (OD) shall oversee the operational and administrative processes of Song Cai Distillery (SCD); reporting to and in conjunction with the Company’s two founders, who are its chief managers. (The OD is NOT responsible for spirit distilling operations)
He/she is responsible to assure proper operations and administration including but not limited to:
• Day-to-day company operations excluding distilling
• Support in strategic growth decision making via market research and vendor procurement
• Support in establishing data management and accounting systems when necessary
• Participate in creating and implementing annual marketing and sales plans
• Oversee social media, including crowdsourcing efforts, and traditional media as appropriate
• Handle external and internal communication and management systems
• Manage other administrative staffs
• Support in personnel development
• Administer and assure proper orders for botanicals, grains, yeasts, water, casks and so on, and the logistics of receiving thereof
• Regularly review licensing compliance

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Age from 25 – 35
• University Degree in an appropriate field
• Proven experience in general administration
• Experienced in spirits industry
• Excellent business English
