Koru Education is looking for an experienced overseas education consultant for its Ho Chi Minh City office. The selected candidate will report to and work in close collaboration with Koru Education’s Vietnam Representative and Director of the HCMC office.
Specific responsibilities will include:
o Provide information to students about overseas study options and advise them on the basis of a careful assessment of their academic records and English language levels
o Assist students with enrolment and visa application procedures
o Offer all necessary support and information throughout the pre-departure period and liaise with the New Zealand office to arrange destination country support services
o Generally ensure that the students have a thoroughly successful study experience in order to maximize customer satisfaction and referrals
o Take part in promotional events or presentations, both in and out-of-office
o Attend training sessions from Koru’s education partners
o Maintain records and perform various administrative duties

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Holder of a university degree (Bachelor’s degree minimum)
- Excellent English language skills, both oral and written
- At least two years’ experience in the overseas studies consultancy industry
- Good knowledge of overseas education systems, particularly Australia and New Zealand
- Be well-organised, able to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Excellent communication and relational skills
- Be passionate about helping young people through education
- Be committed to providing the highest quality customer service
- Maintain at all times professional and ethical behaviour
