Mô tả công việc :

- Leading and managing multiple projects for system of information related to Product Life Cycle Management, Production Management, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Enterprise Resource Planning, Data warehouse and BI
- Setting up and maintaining standard project methodologies including processes, tools, measurement and tracking of projects for system of information
- Organizing and managing all phases of the projects under system of information to achieve required quality, timeline, budget, and project standards
- Conducting gaps analysis to identify issues in system of information and preparing proposal that will support future business goals
- Translating business needs to IT solutions, and vice versa
- Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
- Integration of the information systems across departments and locations to achieve end-to- end visibility of information and optimal effectiveness
- Working with service providers and coordinating between internal and external parties to ensure the alignment and execution complied to required standards
- Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
- Preparing and presenting regular project progress reports and update to Leadership Team

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fielded:
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT professional
- Experience in a related IT project execution sector
- Project management and team management experience
- Intermediate know-how and experience in systems for Product Life Cycle Management, Production Management, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Enterprise Resource Planning, Data warehouse, BI
- Consulting experience with system integrator companies such as Accenture, TATA consulting, IBM, SAP etc.
- Certificate in Project Management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) are preferred

- Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Project management skills
- Ability to think systematically
- Good analytical skills
- Critical thinking
