Mô tả công việc :

Our client is looking for an experienced Process Engineer Manager to be responsible for the process design, operation and implementation. The successful candidate will be able to improve industrial processes in order to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability.
Responsibilities:
• Train and coach for engineers in Molding Injection department on process control and troubleshooting. Trial new tooling and equipment and make modifications as needed to meet quality and production goals.
• Provides technical process support to the organization.
• Interface with the Production Manager on a daily basis to determine production needs related to process and other technical issues.
• Cooperate with other departments (Production, QA…) to keep the production run smoothly.
• Prepare technical documents and instruction for Production department.
• Maintain knowledge of production schedule and ensure technical issues are acknowledged and addressed to support schedule.
• Responsible for improvement activities (cost down, reduce product defect, capacity up…)
• Provide technical support in preventive maintenance and periodic checks on assigned equipment as instructed.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Technical background
• 5+ year experience in technical department in Japanese / Korean companies. Supervision experience in plastic molding injection field is an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge about plastic molding injection technical
• Well understanding about mold, injection machines to control the production technology
• Six Sigma/ QC 7 Tools/ Kaizen/ 5S
• Good at using Cp, Cpk
• Proficiency in MS Office, Auto Cad and other computer software
• Communication in English or Japanese
• Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
