Mô tả công việc :

*Main duties
- Daily manage operations of assigned teams
- Communicate headcounts arrangement the alignment
- Manage attendance and call OT when needed
- Arrange headcounts during break times to ensure unnecessary idle time
- Communicate new policies to CWs through meetings, and informal communication channels
- Escalate CW’s requests to PM for further follow up
- Work with QA to provide inputs of issues, offer initial solutions, potential risks for refinery
- Raise potential risks in daily operations to QA for preventive action
- Follow quality improvement plan proposed by QA & provide feedback
- Raise up team spirit across all teams within shifts and across shifts
- Make training plan for team members & propose to QA and PM/OM
- Prepare 8D report and send to PM/OM for approval

Yêu cầu công việc :

* Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Colleges Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): communication skill, problem identification and solving, people management, Leadership.
- 1-2 years of working experience
- Preferably Senior Staff/Team Leader specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- English skill
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Candidates must be able to work in shifts (8 hours/shift)
