Mô tả công việc :

PM shall coordinate in-house team design team and third-party consultants/partners, ensuring the below:
- Plan and implement projects
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define tasks and required resources
- Collect and manage project team
- Manage budget
- Allocate project resources
- Create schedule and project timeline
Track deliverables
- Support and direct team
- Lead quality assurance
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Evaluate and assess result of project
In addition we expect the she/him will support the Managing Director in:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Proven work experience as an Account Manager and/or Project Manager in related industries
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive
- Solid experience with MS Office software, better if proficient in Above and CAD
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English language
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering or Similar
