Mô tả công việc :

- Together with a technical leader, collaborating with abroad team from EU/clients to clarify/analyze specifications in each phase of a project
- Help team members understand all specifications to carry out tasks as quick and efficient as possible without any interruption due to lack of information and ignorance of some hidden technical issues
- Guide the team to do problems solving in an effective way by using correct resource and make correct questions
- Ensure project’s status is updated daily on correct channel so that the whole team, included the leaders can keep tracking with the project
- Monitoring the working process to make sure tasks will be done as planned

Yêu cầu công việc :

- 2-3 years experience as project leader or similar role.
- 1-2 years experience as a part of a software development team (programming role, either frontend or backend)
- Good sense of servant leadership
- Excellent English (spoken)
- Good communication and problem-solving skill
- Solid knowledge about SQL (database design, database querying), software development terminology and system design
- Practical knowledge of UML and tooling for specification of Business processes
- Solid understanding about Scrum Methodologies and the roles in Scrum
- Proficiency in any programming language.
Extra points for any of the Following
- Be able to describe technical terms in business language and vice versa.
- Strong in organization skills and negotiation skill.
