Mô tả công việc :

Assist London Office:
- Receive orders from the UK office and send to Production Manager
- Preparing Purchase Orders to send to Vietnam suppliers
- Sourcing suppliers/materials, getting quotes and producing new samples
- As needed, finding the best solutions and best materials, reporting to the Production Manager
- Receiving quote requests from the UK office, obtaining quotes quickly/efficiently and keeping a quotes spreadsheet
- Monitor inventory levels in London and New York
- Manage samples library in Vietnam and monitor color swatch quantities for London and New York
Communication:
- Main contact between Saigon and London (need excellent English)
- Making weekly meeting reports
- Replying all emails within 24 hours
- Communicate with UK office:
As we have our main office in the UK, we need to consider the different time zones. There is a requirement for phone/Skype meetings, discussions, updates and some emergencies can arise. Please be able to communicate sometimes during UK business hours (these times are flexible)
- Other duties as assigned
Others:
- Manage stationary in the office
- Manage packing materials
- Arrange and Assist with photoshoots in Saigon
- Upload all new products on website
- Updating pricelist
- Other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu công việc :

1. Experience:
• 1 years or more experience as a furniture purchasing
• Have experience working with US, UK or Europe based companies is a PLUS
• Have experience negotiation with vendors
2. Knowledge of:
• Furniture technical is a PLUS
• Furniture Quality Control
• Furniture materials (especially lacquer) is a PLUS
• Able to read and understand drawings
3. Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent command of English – verbal and written
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Previous experience in Office administration
- Good communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills – able to self-motivate and time manage
- Dynamic and enthusiastic
- Excellent Multi-Taking skills
