Mô tả công việc :

1. Lead in setting up & organizing the implementation of quality plans & objectives. Establish & maintain the quality management system in accordance with legislations & buyer’s requirements.
2. Guide the implementation & review the effectiveness of QMS. Organize & conduct internal audit according to GO/NOGO standard.
3. Ensure all buyer requirements and expectations are met at all different stages of process from New development, during production and after shipment.
4. Lead & coordinate with related organization for the quality training subjects.
5. Manage & assign the staffs to complete the department’s duties & responsibilities. Perform the staff assessment.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• University graduated, at least 3 to 5 years of QA Manager experience
• Fluent in English language (Writing, reading and speaking).
• Experience in forumlating QA strategies, standards and policies.
• Thorough understanding of QA methodologies, workflows and best practices
• Experience in managing QA teams is an advantage
• Familiarity with loading and stress testing is an advantage
• Able to multi-task, adapt to changes and work independently in a fast paced environment.

• Location: 334A Phan Van Tri, W.17, Binh Thanh Dist, Ho Chi Minh City
• Working time: 8hrs from Monday to Saturday (7:30am-11:30am; 12:30pm-16:30pm)
• Salary & benefits: Negotiation (competitive)
