Report to: Strategic Vice President Real Estate
Department: Real Estate
Job Description:
• Assist the Head of Department to assemble information, organize and maintain database
• Write and maintain thorough reports on property sectors (residential, commercial, and others) in Vietnam, in both English and Vietnamese;
• Build financial models and perform financial feasibility studies for development projects;
• Prepare and deliver presentations of the general market and/or project-specific to clients on a regular basis;
• Function as the liaison with various groups across the business to collect and organize
• relevant information
• Maintain the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality at all times
• Support other team members
• Take responsibilities for meeting deadlines;

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Experience in Vietnam Real Estate Market is an advantage; Knowledge of research and consulting business; Previous relevant experience is a plus;
• Strong financial background with good understanding of real estate finance and capital markets;
• Good knowledge of property market, investment law, land law in Vietnam;
• Good presentation skills/simultaneous translation from English to Vietnamese
• Excellent analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Vietnamese;
• Excellent time-management skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines;
• Attention to details is a must;
