Mô tả công việc :

1. Telephone:
Greet all visitor arrivals and departures and assist as required.
Keep tracks pf the consignments coming in and going out
Relay accurate information to the correct patients
Ensure the relevant information is passed on to next shift and recorded in the daily log book
2. Reception:
Greet every patient/customer that walks into the hospital.
Position at the counter at all times.
Provide customer care to patients and their relatives and/ or attend to enquiries with regards to hospital services and
facilities from the public or corporate clients.
Register, screen and assign patients to the appropriate wards/consultants.
3. Billing and cashier:
Perform billing and cashiering duties and other related tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc :

Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Marketing.
Preferably with 1-2 years experience in customer relation in hospital/hotel.
Have a good command in both Vietnamese and English language (written and spoken).
Good interpersonal skill
Able to communicate well
Be polite to patients/relatives.
