Job Purpose:
Marketing and Sales work closely together as a customer creating and customer satisfying venture.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Creating, maintaining and updating a competitive analysis of all existing and planned developments in Ho Chi Minh City. Relevant pricing, services and market share should be addressed.
2. Create, maintain and update records of market trends, relevant government policies and forecasts.
3. Prepare and arrange media schedule for advertisements
Create, proof read and issue advertisements and collateral.
Bear in mind special events dates and promotions.
4. Establish and maintain good client relations encouraging feedback.
5. Establish and maintain good relationship with reputable agents to generate enquiries.
6. Co-operate with other departments to maintain company image ensuring quality and standard at all times in order to keep up business.
7. Leasing
Source, negotiate, issue, execute and finalise all new, renew and reserved lease contracts according to the procedures outlined in the operating manual.
8. Sales
Always update clientele with fresh information/promotion about The Landmark.
Approach potential and existing clients where necessary to promote and publicise the building. Monitor sales staff and advice on research finding.
9. Reports
Submit monthly reports or upon request to the General Manager including current leasing status, forecasts, revenue schedules, budgets and plan,
10. Budget
Monitor and allocate budget resources appropriately. Advise of monthly and yearly objectives and contingencies.
11. Co-ordinate and arrange company promotions and events.
