Mô tả công việc :

* Job purpose:
- This role sits with in the Marketing & Communications department. This team’s role is to support sales marketing activities in the South region of Vietnam. This person plays an important role in the development, launch and measurement of differentiated Products / Services, Customer Events and Marketing Programs in Vietnam.
* Key duties/Responsibilities
- Working closely with Sales team in the South, the candidate will provide the required support for sales marketing admin in the South Region of Vietnam including: Support paperwork for policy submission for sales team; Follow up with Sales team and other functions for payment as per company’s policies; In charge of marketing admin and paperwork in the South
- In charge of supporting customer events including mini show, big show, customer seminar by managing the delivery of and decoration items at a timely manner
- Work with the sales team in the South to support seminars and events for the bank partner and support SM/CM to follow birthday events/gifts for branch leaders
- Work with other functions (IT, Trainers, Admin) to arrange training class for ICS and provide admin support during the training course;
- Support a wide range of sales, marketing and communication campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to Facebook groups, marketing materials, presentations, etc…
- Control the company stock and prepare monthly report on inventory management
- Support company and sales event in the South Region of Vietnam
- Other tasks assigned by direct managers

* Experiences:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Marketing of insurance and/or financial services product development.
- Excellent Microsoft office
- University Degree.
- High-energy, can-do attitude. Results-oriented, with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of consumers and the cultural nuances of the Vietnamese customer, applicable to developing product / service solutions that resonate and excite customers.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese
