Mô tả công việc :

Support sales agent for client service whole life cycle from initial communication with clients to management of the client.
• Follow the company rules/SOPs to support the agent and clients
• Follow agent’s guidance to interact with potential clients to provide information or consulting
• Help clients with the trip for an onsite visit, including visa application, flight ticket/hotel booking, taxi arrangement, etc.
• 4. Support agent and client to complete the deal, including bank account opening, etc.
• Follow up with each client timely for afterward processing, including payment support, document processing, contract signing, property handover, etc.
• Help agent to promote furnishing and property management service by VIProperty
• Support client for furnishing and property management including contract processing, monthly financial reporting, issue handling as needed, etc.
• Others as needed
