Mô tả công việc :

- Develop deep understanding of Sellers operations & actively identifying operational issues they are facing
- Perform analytical deep dives to identify the problems, and propose actionable plans as well as take ownership of execution with the target to improve overall seller performance
- Track progress of their operations and performance effectiveness, and report to the management team
- Support and train sellers to improve their operation in alignment with Shopee’s goal
- Ad-hoc requests from team lead

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Holds a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/ business/ logistics
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Result driven & the attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office
- BI/database skills (MySQL, Power BI) is a plus
