FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
At DMV we are looking for a copywriter who can develop concept, implementing creative copy and communication for advertising and marketing campaigns.
You will be working in a team of professional and in charge of writing and editing copy/content, supporting all marketing activities, crafts compelling messages to convey a concept and support a design.
REPORTS TO: Traffic Manager, Creative Director, Managing Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
A. 70% Content Creation & Optimization
- Consistently write and edit clear and persuasive content, copy for all digital platforms through the customer journey and generate leads.
- Draft various styles for diverse audiences.
- Research, analyze brand, competitor & customer information to produce valuable report & collect database.
- Simplified & translate technical, industrial terminology into accessible, benefit-oriented information.
- Proofreads and edits blogs, press releases, collateral, and other marketing related pieces.
- Maintain the company’s integrity in all content work.
B. 30% Copy Planning & Research
- Create positioning and creative communications strategies based on seasonal big stories, and transform those strategies into copy for all marketing materials.
- Brainstorm, create, and transform ideas into words for articles, advertisements, publications, video and website content.
- Use analytics to track the performance of your work and plan future content accordingly.
- Analyze, report and present the effectiveness of your campaigns to leadership.
- Work collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment to complete the campaign.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI’s):
- Meet 100% production target (daily, weekly and monthly monitoring).
- Meet at least 90% targeted content performance on CTR, lead generation, etc. (daily, weekly, monthly & yearly monitoring).
- Meet 100% deadline on all communication, request, planning & reporting.

Yêu cầu công việc :

- More than 2 years of experience in creating, writing and publishing marketing content.
- Have a right outlook, make power-ful-points, excels at motivating and leading people with word, but also efficient at Microsoft Office.
- Verbally fluent in both English & Vietnamese for work efficiency
- Excellent writing Vietnamese content, editing and proofreading skills.
- Excellent in time-management, highly organized and able to balance multiple projects at the same time.
- Attention to detail, producing clean, witty, accurate copy on tight deadlines.
- Have a positive attitude, determined, hard-working, lifestyle-obsessed, team-oriented, responsive, and comfortable collaborating, but also able to work independently.
- Bonus if you understanding on the nature of search, social platform & SEO to produce the right content for the right channel.
