- Study potential trade area/site for site mapping.
- Approach Landlord for pipeline information.
- Build up & maintain relationship with agencies
- Trade area and site evaluation
- Landlord negotiation
- Get direct manager approval of Location Summary Report and BOE
- Sign OTL/contract and hand-over to Backline
- Follow up timline for NSO monthly
- Store Performance Review
