Mô tả công việc :

 Report directly to Head of Retail
 Manage Retail BI Team
 Extract data, define and evaluate business metrics to build business decision tools such as dashboards, excel models and reports
 Coordinate cross-functionally with other teams (e.g. Business Development, Campaign team, etc.) to gather data and information to form analysis and actionable insights
 Lead the effort to communicate state of the business (via reports and PowerPoint presentations) to stakeholders regularly and provide insight to drive strategic decisions
 Support various business functions with the development and maintenance of various management reports

Yêu cầu công việc :

Background:
 University Bachelor’s degree in business or quantitative field preferred
 Minimum 2 years of experience
 Detailed- and result-oriented
 Proactive and strong willingness to learn
 Able to quickly adapt to a dynamic work environment
 Strong analytical abilty
 Excellent written, verbal, non-verbal communication skills
 Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, Power Pivots
 Knowing statistical programming language (Python, R) to manipulate and draw insights from large data set is a plus
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
