Mô tả công việc :

The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:
• Overall responsibility for technical support of M&E Contractors, Industrial, Project Owners and Consultant by providing customer value through technical and commercial expertise and engineering knowledge.
• Understand and communicate customer requirement to Sales Project Manager
• Support start-up/ test-run of Products at site
• Support troubleshooting of products at site
• Investigate whether under warranty issue or not
• Record start-up and troubleshooting reports and share with all members
• Take phone calls from clients and answering technical solutions to support
• Support to make technical document tools locally
• Providing unique solutions to staff/ client in technical approaches
• Report the above actions to the person’s supervisor periodically
• Collect the customer request for warranty and co-operate with service team to follow up and close case
• Discover the bad installation and instruct the contractor to prevent it happens in the future
* Working place: 14th floor, Charmvit Tower, 117 Tran Duy Hung Street, Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi.

Yêu cầu công việc :

• Male is preferred;
• Graduation or above in the field of Air-conditioning system.
• Having at least 1-2 years working experience in HVAC field.
• Strong technical and repairing skill of Air-conditioner.
• Have knowledge in basic electronic is high priority
• Have experience with Japan contractor and consultant is the advantage
• Willing to travel for business
• Good computer skill, good attitude and manner
• Good command of English and communication skills
