Mô tả công việc :

- Develop working plan, expense and performance of the Service Centre
- Organize and assign job for each position in the Service Centre
- Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs
- Supervise repairing process and result
- Manage training activities and supervising members
- Resolve sensitive and difficult cases in the Service Centre
- Support Customer Service department and other departments in events
- Propose new procedure or solution for improvement if any

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor degree in economics or related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in a similar position, Customer Service & Warranty Field.
- Experience in factory can be considered.
- Good English communication skills
- Master Computer skills, particularly Microsoft package
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure
