Mô tả công việc :

Agency Sale Channel’s Sale Contest:
- Co-ordinate with related team members to brainstorm and propose ideas for new sale contest.
- Do the costing and evaluate the effectiveness of new sale contest idea before proceeding to get approval for launching new contest idea.
- Prepare memorandum for the approved sale contest, then send to in-charged person to launch the memorandum to sale force.
- Run tracking result and final result for the sale contest.
- Provide final result of sale contest and working with payroll team to make the payment to sale contests’ qualifiers.
- Keep records of final result of sale contest for auditing purpose and for making further analysis.
- Work closely with in-charged person to prepare communication plan and follow-up that communication plan for each sale contest.
- Provide answer for questions from agents or other departments about sale contest result or data requirements.
Manage & control the procurement process for Agency Events/Activities:
- Prepare/check the estimated cost for Agency Events/Activities including local & overseas meetings/trainings/conferences.
- Implement/ enforce the procurement as the Company’ standards
- Negotiate and propose the suppliers with the best price/service as per procurement standards
- Prepare for the contract’ sign off.
- Conduct liquidation contract.
Do other tasks assigned by line manager/Head of Department

Yêu cầu công việc :

- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Information Technology
- Experience in procurement process management
- Experience in big data management
- Experience in life insurance is preferred
- Data analytic
- Procurement management

- Continuous self-improvement
- Good ability in speaking and writing skill in both Vietnamese and English.
- Advanced Excel
- Proficient at MS Access (or other database management software) is preferred.
