Mô tả công việc :

Lead the Supply Chain team in Vietnam to support the Asia Pacific strategy, the Vietnam strategy, and the Asia Pacific Supply Chain strategy. Direct the strategy, assets, organizations, processes, and projects within the Supply Chain function to achieve the short and long term financial and operating objectives of Vietnam and Asia Pacific.
1. Supply Chain Strategy – Develop, communicate, and execute the Supply Chain strategy and action plans in close collaboration with the Country Manager of Vietnam and the Supply Chain Director of Asia Pacific
2. Supply Chain Assets – Lead, advise, and deploy Supply Chain assets (infrastructure and inventories) to balance service levels with cost efficiencies, and capital investments with operating expenses
3. Supply Chain Organization – Define organizational structures and responsibilities to meet the requirements of Vietnam and Asia Pacific, and recruit, retain, and develop Supply Chain staff to prepare for current and future challenges
4. Supply Chain Development – Lead and develop the Supply Chain processes and projects within master data, purchase planning, inventory management, commercial service, logistics, warehousing, mixing & blending, and delivery
5. QSHE – Ensure that the Asia Pacific QSHE strategy, including commitments to Responsible Care, Product Stewardship, ISO, Accident, Incident, and Near Miss reporting, and other country specific standards, is respected, communicated, and enforced at any time by all stakeholders including major third party partners

Yêu cầu công việc :

Education : Relevant Bachelors or Masters Degree and/or MBA
Experience : 10+ years of working experience within Supply Chain or Operations
5+ years in managerial roles within Supply Chain or Operations
Working experience in the chemicals industry an advantage
Working experience in distribution and/or logistics an advantage
Working experience in an international environment an advantage
