Main Purpose
Drive systematic reporting of all technical issues and claims to secure they are forwarded to the responsible organization. Lead the consolidation data set to enable company standard quality inputs, fact-based communication and timely decision making and resolution
Important Functions
 Analyse and send issues to responsible organizations and follow up for timely resolution
 Ensure all issues and claims are registered in system at company standard quality for inputs
 Handle claims make necessary investigation to understand the problem and its root cause with competent involvement and ownership adequately.
 Create reports, dashboards and statistical analysis on issues and claims to relevant forums
 Support and coach the organisation with process know-how and tool utilization
 Administrative support

Yêu cầu công việc :

Relevant Experience
 2+ years of experience in Quality/Project or System Management
 3+ years experience in data collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting
Qualifications
 Background: BA/Bsc or equivalent education is required. Computing, Sales, Engineering and Accounting
 Basics of reporting and data analysis background is mandatory
 Language competency: Good command of English.
 Office Skills: Very advanced skills in using office software’s for reporting and presentations such as MS Excel (Pivot analysis), Word, Powerpoint, SAP, BI…
 Quality Analysis: Knowledge and experience in application of the statistical methods and tools to support quality analysis such as root cause eradication analysis, claim statistics analysis…
 Quality Culture: Constantly and proactively drive behaviours and actions to deliver superior products and service quality
 Systematic Problem Solving: Theoretical and practical knowledge to enable analytic approach and method towards identifying and solving problems. This is an advantage
 Others but important: High sense of logical thinking, technical orientation
